End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. General

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and ElvynForge for the use of the Condense macOS application.

2. License Grant

The free version of Condense is provided as-is for personal and commercial use. If you purchase a Pro license, ElvynForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the Software on devices linked to your Apple ID or license key.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not distribute, rent, or lease your license key to third parties.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
