Condense is designed with absolute privacy in mind. All file compression and conversion happens entirely on your local device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your files, images, or documents on any external servers or clouds. Your data stays on your Mac.

2. Anonymous Telemetry

To help us improve Condense and understand crash reports, the app may collect anonymous usage telemetry (such as OS version and app launch counts). This data is completely unidentifiable and contains zero personal information or file metadata.

3. Licensing & Purchases

If you purchase a Pro license, your payment is processed securely by our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card information. We only store your email address and license key for activation purposes.
